We hand deliver Thur-out the San Antonio area only. Next day delivery whenever possible but two day noticed is appreciated and recommend. Please call us for special details. We will email you with the delivery charges complete total and Fed-EX -Ground tracking number of your basket order. Local Delivery fees have increased because of the high cost of gas. Home Delivery in San Antonio starts at : $8.00 Thur $15.00 and up depending on distance.
Downtown, Hospitals, Conventions, and Hotels start at $10.00 and up. Orders of more than 5 baskets, and different locations Example "Hotels, there will be an extra charge for delivery. Call us for details. Any delivery outside of 1604 will start at $10.00 and up.
Our neighboring cities and out of State will be shipped Fed-Ex ground because it is more cost effective. Usually ground arrives in Texas next day or two days. Out of State usually takes 5 working day according to distance. These cities include Schertz, New Braunfels, Boerne, Universal City, Bulverde, Austin, and Helotes. Shipping Thur-out Texas and Nation-Wide. We can ship Fed- Ex ground, next day, or three days Express. We ship Over night also but can be very expensive. We will call you with the approximate rate.
We recommend shipping to warmer regions as quickly as possible to insure perishable items arrive in good condition. We don't recommend shipping chocolates during warm weather. We will not be responsible. We charge a handling fee for ice packs, and special packaging. Our shipping boxes are large so the baskets will arrive in good condition. Sizes are 14/14/24. Air pocket bags and bubble wrap are used to anchor many of our baskets. No messy peanuts for our baskets.
There is a $25.00 dollar restocking fee if you decide to cancel your order after the order is made and the basket is designed and charged! We do not accept return baskets that have been open and dismantle! There is a $25.00 dollar charge for insufficient funds and returned checks!
Our company updates our inventory often to offer new and improved products. Some products are not always available, but they will be replaced with products of equal value. Ribbons are also replaced with different colors occasional and availability. Please check with us for larger orders and certain products. Larger orders will need at least two or three weeks lead time ! Company checks are required for larger orders and will be designed after the checks have cleared.
